Shipping costs and expected delivery time are as follows:

Portugal Continental + ILHAS (CTT registado:2-5 business days)= 3,95€
Portugal Continental (DPD: 1-3 business days)= 6€

You can track your order using your tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email sent by "it's okay" once your order has been dispatched.

After an order has been sent to the correct address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

You are not completely satisfied with your purchase? No way! But not a problem. Please contact our customer service department at itsokay@itsokaystore.com. Please note that returned items will only be accepted unworn in its original condition.

You may exchange your order from the date you receive it until 30 days (except for sale items, those can't be exchanged).
In the event that you have benefited from free shipping costs with your order, these will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item and we will not refund the shipping costs.
The item is in your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 consecutive days after receiving your item to request a return (except for sale items, those can't be exchanged).

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable, creditable or exchangeable. The customer is responsible for the entire process and costs of returning the product to us.
